We collect audio recordings and transcriptions of a voice message that you receive or a text message that you enter. When you contact us, for example with customer service or our account managers, telephone conversations or chat sessions with our employees may be recorded and monitored. The purpose of this data processing is to develop a customer profile with the goal tailor our services to better align with your skills and communication needs.
We collect your name and contact details so that we can personally contact you and inform you about the status of your registration. Optionally, we collect data to process the structure of PE points.
